What is a capsule wardrobe? 

A Veneka capsule wardrobe is 7-10 styles, each sustainable and ethical, hand-curated to craft 25-50 outfits just for you. Upon request, we can curate capsules larger than 10 items too.

How do I start a capsule?

Start your capsule experience by purchasing the Personalized Capsule Wardrobe Experience. We’ll email you a link to complete your style profile and schedule your styling session.

Who are Veneka's stylists?

Our stylists are (real) fashion experts with years of experience. They're passionate about helping you find treasures that will celebrate your unique shape and support your life. They'll save you time and energy by artfully curating a sustainable, ethical and cruelty-free closet that empowers. 

What will my stylist do for me?

Your stylist will review your style profile and put together your initial capsule along with a mood board. You'll receive both 24 hours before your scheduled styling session. During your session, which takes place via text, you'll share feedback on your capsule and discuss your style, life, shape and closet. After your session, your stylist will update your capsule and send you a note when it's ready. When your treasures arrive, text your stylist for tips on pairing your new pieces with your current wardrobe or general style tips.

How is my stylist paid?

Veneka stylist are paid hourly and don’t work on commission. They're dedicated to curating sustainable and ethical outfits that empower you to look and feel the best version of yourself.

We have high standards when it comes to sustainability, ethics and animal welfare. You can read more about our standers here. Each brand we work with meets our strict criteria and shares our mission for creating a better world. In order for us to curate a style, it must meet all three of our impact criteria.

Sustainable fabrics:
Biodegradable, organic, low-impact, recycled or made in a certified sustainable factory

Ethical labor:
Certified fairtrade or crafted transparently with high labor standards

Animal welfare:
We're skin and fur free. Our wool is humanely-sourced.

Are shipping and returns free?

Yes! Both shipping and returns are free (and easy!)

What is your return policy?

You’ll have 14 days to try your treasures at home. 

How do returns and exchanges work?

We strive to make returns and exchanges easy and effortless. Simply email us at contact@venekagroup.com and we'll assign you a dedicated concierge who will provide pre-paid (free) return labels and exchange details. 

How long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receipt. If you have any questions about your refund, contact us at contact@venekagroup.com.

How can I expedite my shipping speed?

Do you ship internationally? 

Currently, we only ship to the United States.
