We’re seeking a Stylist to join our growing team You’ll use your passion for styling to help clients build high-functioning wardrobes that have a positive impact.

Responsibilities:

Curate a capsule of ~15 styles based on clients’ style profiles and previous purchases, along with a corresponding moodboard
Interact with clients 1:1 to gather feedback, update and create the perfect capsule wardrobe
Review clients’ feedback and make changes to capsules in a timely manner
Give clients a personal experience and make them feel supported, celebrated and empowered throughout the experience
Act as customer service liaison and provide easy answers or quickly escalate to the customer service team for help
Beyond styling clients, you’ll partner with our small startup team to continuously improve our styling experience for future stylists and customers

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience in styling
Desire to make a meaningful difference by fixing fashion to reverse climate change and uplift humanity
Passion for styling, understanding clients’ needs and lifestyle, and a genuine desire to cultivate an amazing experience for them
Comfortable working virtually and independently, with weekly check-ins
Comfort using online tools like Shopify, Airtable and Typeform preferred but not required
Position will be hired as a contractor. Client load may vary by week
