Returns 

Your order will ship with a pre-paid return label and bag for free (and easy) returns. Unaltered items with their original tags can be returns after 15 days of receipt. Feel free to text your stylist at (415) 853-9964 or email contact@venekagroup.com if we can help with anything at all. 

Exchanges  

We offer complimentary size exchanges. If you need a different size, text your stylist at (415) 853-9964 or email contact@venekagroup.com. Next, place the original item in the pre-paid envelope provided and send it back to us. 

Refunds  

Once your return is processed, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have sent your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet please contact us at contact@venekagroup.com.
