Social Media & Content Specialist
The Social Media & Content Specialist will participate in crafting our social media and content strategy, execute and continuously optimize our programs
Social Media
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Assist with creating content and social media calendars on a weekly and monthly basis, and project-manage subsequent execution
- Continuously improve social media performance by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Research audience preferences and discover trends, new ideas and opportunities
- Assist in developing hashtags for the brand and its upcoming campaigns
Content
- Create engaging text, image and video content for social platforms
- Facilitate photographic and video experience including Facebook live and video blogging for clients
- Write content for social media and blogs
Community
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Respond to social community in an on-brand timely manner
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest
- Experience with social media analytics, including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and other photo software
- Must be highly organized and productive
- Desire to make a meaningful difference by fixing fashion to reverse climate change and uplift humanity
- An entrepreneurial spirit
